How do the tutoring sessions work?

After we find a convenient time to work with one another, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation with the session date and time. The e-mail will include my phone number (813-368-1909) and a direct link to a high-end web conferencing room. When it's time to begin, just call my phone and click the link for direct access. The setup is super simple. All you'll need is Microsoft Excel....no web cam, no microphone. The web conference will be utilized to share screens. We'll talk through some usage scenarios and I'll demonstrate techniques on my screen, step by step. Then I'll watch you practice on your end. I'll be watching and talking to you the whole time just as if we were working side-by-side in the office. I'm patient and understanding; we'll work at the pace of your comfort. The web conferencing platform is completely secure; it is facilitated by Mikogo, a highly regarded web conferencing service.
